Job Description:
Job Title: Property Inspector
Location: Moston (M40)
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 3 weeks
Working Pattern: Full Time /35 hours/ M-F
Hourly rate: £14.72
Responsibilities:
*Conduct property inspections in accordance with the Housing, Health & Safety, Requirements, Standards (HHSRS) guidelines
*Complete detailed reports outlining any potential hazards or issues discovered during inspections
*Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
*Provide recommendations for improvement to ensure properties meet required standards
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections and findings
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
*Completion of HHSRS training
*Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
*Previous experience in property inspection or related field
*Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to property inspections
Technologies:
*Proficiency in using digital inspection tools
*Knowledge of relevant software and systems
