Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors. 
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: 
*Assisting with the commercial management of construction projects from start to finish
*Working with the commercial team to ensure all financials and contracts are delivered within cost and budget
*Providing reports and administration for pre-construction and subcontract appointments
*Monitoring valuations and applications through procurement and payments
*Demonstrating an awareness of risk management
*Supporting on dispute resolutions
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need: 
*Previous experience working in a QS based junior level role
*Construction industry experience in a commercial role
*Quantity Surveying degree
*Good communication skills
