Overview:


We are working with a dynamic and expanding firm that is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years PQE to join its Brighton office. Working with the partner, you will be part of a high-performing department that handles a wide variety of commercial property transactions for a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to multi-million-pound commercial deals. Role Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years PQE in Commercial Property
Responsibilities:
*Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the sale and purchase of industrial units, warehouses, shops, restaurants, offices and other commercial premises
*Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including grants of leases, assignments, licences and deeds of variation
*Assisting clients with option agreements, pre-emption rights and secured lending
*Providing legal advice on property portfolio management, business sales and purchases and commercial disputes
*Acting for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases and renewals
*Engaging in business development and maintaining long-term client relationships
