Job Description:
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm
Are you an organised, friendly, and approachable individual with a knack for multitasking? We’re looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. You’ll use your strong organisational skills and Microsoft Office knowledge to efficiently manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy office setting, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
*Call Management: Take and filter incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
*Visitor Registration & Pass Management: Register visitors, issue passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
*Administrative Support: Manage appointments, maintain office supplies, and assist with general office administration.
*Microsoft Office Expertise: Use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage schedules, process documents, and coordinate meetings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
*A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
*Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred.
