Our client is a successful and established company based in Crook, County Durham. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with them on a full time, temp to perm basis. If you meet the person specification for the role below, please apply for an immediate response.
The Role you will be Doing
*Ensure a high quality, customer focused service at all times
*Show excellent communication skills with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues
*Liaise and maintain a good rapport with suppliers and couriers for both products and services
*Use various IT systems such as Microsoft packages and in house company systems
*Engage with customers to ensure needs are met and communicate back to ensure customer satisfaction
*Manage complaints in a timely, professional manner
*Have a professional manner when communicating over both the phone and emails
*Respond to email enquiries regarding sales questions
*Answer all incoming sales and customer service calls
*Prepare finance options and applications for the company, and approve/cancel when applicable
*Send payment emails to customers requesting payment on BACS orders
*Gain an excellent product knowledge and efficiently assist customers
*Partake in managing social media platforms
*Support team members with payment queries
*Support team with product knowledge
About You
*Have previous experience in a customer service based role
*Have excellent communication skills
*Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times
*Have knowledge of Microsoft packages
*Be IT literate
*Have the drive to maximise sales
*Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high performance and a customer driven environment
