Job Description:
An NHS Organisation are seeking a Digital Training Manager to lead on the planning and design phase of the training for their new major system roll out.
The purpose of the role is to work collaboratively with the Service Transition Lead, Communications Manager and SMEs/Change Leads to establish, develop, and manage the effective provision of a service user training journey, alongside the Programme Implementation Roadmap and Service Introduction Plan.
A range of training solutions and materials will be designed that can truly modernise, enrich and sustain the delivery of a blended learning approach to digital transformation, within each of our business directorates. You will lead a small team and be responsible for the development of training documentation and the coordination of training for the new system.
Responsibilities:
*Develop high quality, up to date, fit for purpose and easy to follow end user training materials using the appropriate format.
*Commission the design and development of training materials from third party suppliers, if required.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with CSP colleagues, CSP business, senior stakeholders, and external stakeholders including existing and future third party suppliers to ensure the delivery and governance of all training to agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
Experience:
*Degree in a subject which incorporates skills relevant to the post or equivalent professional skills, experience and training
*Excellent presentation, planning, interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
*Authoring and delivering original and engaging digital learning content, eLearning packages and multimedia learning resources, including video
*Operational management experience of a Learning Management System/Virtual Learning Environment or other online delivery system for digital learning
*Creative and practical approach to the visual design and content development of training materials to maximise learner engagement and impact
*In depth knowledge and understanding of the design, development and evaluation of online learning resources including instructional design principles.
*Ability to work on multiple learning projects, championing learner-centred thinking
