Job Description:
Are you a Pension Consultant looking for a new challenge? Then this could be the role for you, this is a great opportunity to join a progressive and expanding Pension firm who are looking to invest into and grow their DC Proposition. The postioin is for a DC Consultant and play a pivotal role in advising diverse clients and through client engagement and provider visits, your work will directly impact client satisfaction and the growth of the DC team as a whole.
In this role, you will:
*Participate in meetings with providers, current clients, and new prospects
*Shape practical solutions to address client and prospect needs
*Build and nurture lasting client relationships to grow your portfolio
*Prepare and present provider selection recommendations
*Support the delivery of DC services, including scheme design, auto-enrolment compliance, governance, and salary exchange implementation
*Conduct and maintain pension provider research
*Explore opportunities in Financial Wellbeing
*Continuously develop your DC expertise and stay informed on pension trends
*Mentor and guide junior team members
What we are looking for:
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
*Experience: 5+ years in UK pension consulting or with a pension provider, demonstrating successful client relationship management.
*Industry Knowledge: Advanced understanding of pension providers, master trusts, the UK DC market, key trends, and drivers.
*Legislative Awareness: Broad knowledge of relevant pension legislation and governance frameworks.
*Employee Benefits Insight: Familiarity with broader employee benefits is advantageous.
