A new opportunity has arisen with an award winning business for a Financial Controller to join their team in Teesside. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, benefits and hybrid working.
Working closely with the leadership team you will contribute to the overall strategy of the business and add value at all levels. Ideally you will be an experienced professional with excellent management experience who always looks to improve systems, efficiencies, controls and processes.
Key duties:
*Leading the finance team and assisting with strategic decision making
*Group reporting within deadlines
*Monthly P&L, balancesheet and ledger reviews
*Lead in the annual audit process
*Statutory accounts
*Budget production
*Internal audit
*Deputising for the Finance Director
*Streamline processes/process improvements
Essential:
*Fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
*Effective communicator
*Standard costing experience
*IFRS/SOX
*Demonstrable management experience
*ERP experience
This is a great role, if you have a manufacturing background this would be advantageous. You will work closely with Directors and the parent company.
