About the Role We are seeking independent and employed Financial Advisors to join a well-established independent advisory firm based in Somerset. This role offers you the opportunity to manage your own client base, with the added benefit of inheriting an existing client bank and unlimited earning potential.
You’ll have access to an established portfolio of clients to nurture and grow, while also having the flexibility to seek new business. Whether you’re bringing in new clients or developing existing relationships, this role combines autonomy with full support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities *Client Engagement:Conduct detailed financial reviews with clients, assessing their current financial situation, goals, and future objectives.
*Tailored Advice: Provide personalized financial advice and recommend appropriate products based on individual client needs.
*Product Research: Research a broad range of approved product providers and present the best solutions to clients.
*Business Development: Build on the existing client bank and actively seek new business opportunities to expand your portfolio.
*Ongoing Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing advice and financial solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
*Market Awareness: Stay updated on financial regulations, new products, and market trends to maintain a high level of expertise.
Commission Structure *60-70% Commission: For new business generated by you
*40% Commission: For managing and developing the existing client bank
*Competitive earning potential with OTE between £50,000 and £100,000+, depending on performance
*No monthly fees, with full support provided for systems, administration, and marketing

About You We are looking for candidates who:
*Hold a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent qualification)
*Have proven experience in providing financial advice and managing client relationships
*Possess a client bank with funds under management (or are experienced in managing an existing portfolio)
*Are self-motivated, with the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
*Have strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
*Are IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools
