We are working with a friendly and supportive firm in Bognor Regis to recruit a Family Law Lawyer. With a strong reputation for achieving constructive resolutions, this Family Law team provides professional, straightforward and effective support across a wide range of family law matters.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
*A qualified Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a background in handling divorce, children’s matters, domestic violence cases and cohabitation & prenuptial agreements
*Capability to work independently, offering fixed fee advice and collaborating with other departments when needed
*Commitment to supporting clients through complex legal and emotional issues
Skills:
*Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic communication to clients in difficult circumstances
*Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritising tasks effectively
