RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 3+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, EXCELLENT £ SALARY AND BENEFITS. This leading law firm is looking to appoint an additional Residential Property Solicitor to join their established team. JOB REF: 215297708
The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.
• You will manage a diverse caseload that includes sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, unregistered properties, shared ownership, Right to Buy, and Help to Buy schemes.
• The firm is seeking candidates who are confident in managing their own caseload, can work independently, and possess strong technical knowledge of conveyancing.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
