Job Description:
Service and Maintenance Administrator - Pudsey - £26k - £27.5k + excellent benefits
Our client an ambitious, growing company looking to recruit a Service and Maintenance Administrator to be based at their offices in Pudsey.
This role would suit someone who is experienced working within a busy service department, has good attention to detail, a good communicator, is well organised and able to prioritise workloads. Their service department is very busy so someone with a sense of urgency and who enjoys a challenge would be well suited to the role.
Role and Responsibilities
*Taking and logging of service and maintenance requests received both over the phone and via email
*Receiving of part deliveries
*Receiving of completed engineer visits and sending for invoicing if complete, or quoting for repairs if incomplete
*Be responsible for both head office and vehicle stocks ordering replenishments when required and ensuring their engineers have complete vehicle stocks
*Completion of Customer portals
