£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k

Role summary:
You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.
Key responsibilities:
*Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler.
*Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
*Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
*Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.
Required skills and experience:
*12 months experience of sales within the last 3 years.
*A quiet place to work at home.
*Be comfortable with remote working.
*The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
