Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
*Assist the classroom teacher in preparing and delivering lesson plans.
*Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide additional support as needed.
*Assist in setting up and maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment.
*Help to manage student behaviour in a positive and constructive manner.
*Assist in preparing and grading student assignments and assessments.
*Provide support to students with special needs, including those with disabilities or language barriers.
*Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement school activities and events.
Requirements:
*Experience working with primary school-aged children is preferred.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
*Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
