Job Description:
My well established, Fareham based client is looking for a driven Account Manager to oversee and develop customer relationships!
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, responsible for ensuring satisfaction, driving sales growth and supporting their ongoing success!
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
*Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
*Work with the sales team to create strategies.
*Assist customers in resolving product issues and provide solutions.
*Collaborate with external account managers, product teams, and support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Monitor key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth..
*Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products to offer recommendations.
*Focus on customer retention.
Skills & Experience:
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Excellent time management.
*Team player with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
*Account mangement experience
