D365 IT Operations & Support Manager
Onsite in Andover + Hybrid working
Permanent up to £70,000pa
My client are seeking an experienced and passionate IT Service Operations & Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis
You will be responsible for providing effective IT Service Operations, and leading the Service Desk Team.
This is a key role within the IT Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the Service Desk team to establish strong IT Service Management practises across the organisation.
In addition to managing a team of L1-L3 Service Desk Analysts, you will also manage all aspects of IT Service Operations
To be considered, you should have:
*Extensive experience in IT Service Operations Management
*Demonstrable experience of team management responsibility
*Requires deep knowledge of Service Management standards including ITIL
*Requires knowledge of D365 (or AX) Supply Chain / Commerce / Finance support
*OR similar ERP with supply chain / retail processes
