Job Description:
Part time HR Advisor position 3 days per week in the office 23 hours per week based in Nottingham. This role would be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday working.
Client Details
My client is a large retail organisation who are looking for a permanent part time HR Advisor to work 3 days per week based in Nottingham NG17.
Description
*Provide HR advice to line managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
*Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
*Implement HR policies and processes within the organisation.
*Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop strategies for recruitment, training, and development.
*Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
*Support the implementation of new HR systems or initiatives.
*Participate in HR projects as needed.
*Report to and collaborate closely with the HR Manager.
Profile
*Experience working in HR as a HR Coordinator or part time HR Advisor
*Strong communication skills
*Can handle confidential information securely
*Can multi task
*Proficiency with HR databases and Microsoft Office
*Can commute to Nottingham NG17 3 times per week
