Responsibilities of the Part Time HR Manager: *Managing and maintain HR policies and procedures confidently communicate across the business
*Administration of benefits and payroll changes, liaising closely with finance team
*Leading on the full recruitment process, constantly reviewing documentation and processes
*Managing the employment lifecycle end to end
*Managing the learning and development in conjunction with the leadership team
*Coaching, developing and training employees
*Providing resolutions to employee relation issues
*Maintaining employee files and HR database
*Ad hoc projects as required by the organisation
*Perform other duties required by the organisation

Required Skills & Experience: *Extensive experience in a HR role with UK employment law knowledge
*CIPD Level 5 or above
*Excellent attention to detail
*Must be a team player
*Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
