Job Description:
My client is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Legal Personal Assistant (Legal PA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior legal professionals, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners, associates, and legal teams.
*Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and client appointments.
*Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
*Coordinate client communication, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service.
*Maintain and organize files, documents, and legal records (both physical and electronic).
*Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
*Assist in preparing for meetings, briefings, and presentations.
*Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, courts, and other law firms.
*Manage billing processes, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Legal PA or in a similar legal administrative role.
*Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
*High level of professionalism and discretion.
