Day-to-day of the role: *Assist with classroom activities and provide one-to-one support to pupils.
*Help pupils with personal care and mobility needs.
*Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
*Encourage social interaction and promote independence among pupils.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) in a similar or transferable role.
*Confidence and a proactive attitude to go above and beyond for our pupils.
*A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
