Support Services Staff *Location: Sheffield
*Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

This role is perfect for those dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs. Our school is a leader in conductive education, committed to fostering independence and confidence in pupils aged 3 to 18 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
Day-to-day of the role: *Support pupils with special educational needs in their learning and development.
*Assist in the implementation of individual education plans.
*Encourage and foster independence and confidence in pupils.
*Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
*Confidence, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting children with special needs.
*Willingness to obtain a DBS on the update service if not already possessed.
