LTF Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to begin their career in education. Our partner primary school in Westminster is currently looking to appoint a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students in Key Stage 2.
What the school offers:

Responsibilities Include:
*Assisting the teacher in delivering classwork and supporting students during lessons.
*Providing 1:1 support to pupils, helping them with their classwork, reading, and writing skills.
*Leading small group interventions to support students in areas of development.
*Observing and contributing to the assessment of pupils’ progress.
*Supporting the general classroom environment and promoting student engagement.
Applicant Specification:
*A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
*Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not essential.
*Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage.
*A supportive, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
