Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment a Pre-Construction Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors. 
The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for: 
*Managing turnkey projects from tender through to launch
*Ensuring all bid information is completed, acting as the key contact for all stakeholders
*Attending client meetings and managing the flow of information throughout the pre-con stage
*Developing design and project plans taking into account risk management and mitigations
*Working with external consultants
*Setting out budgets and margin expectations
The Pre-Construction Manager will need: 
*Previous experience of managing projects at the pre-construction stage as a stand alone role or as part of a wider management position
*Construction management experience
*Experience of managing costs at the design stage
*Excellent team management and communication skills
*Experience of working to deadlines
*Customer facing experience
