Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Month-End Reporting: Lead the monthly reporting cycle, including balance sheet reviews, accrual management, and ensuring timely, accurate financial statements.
* Financial Process Improvement: Own and manage critical financial processes, implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the finance function.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to senior management, liaising with auditors and external stakeholders.
* Project Initiatives: Lead key project initiatives aimed at improving financial systems and reporting processes.
* Financial Control & Working Capital: Oversee financial controls, ensuring strong governance and efficient management of working capital.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with proven experience in managing financial operations, reporting, and business partnering. Experience in hospitality or a similar service-based industry is highly desirable.
Key qualifications and skills include:
* Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to produce complex financial models and reports.
* Experience with SAP, INFOR SUN, and Opera (or similar financial systems).
* Familiarity with productivity methodologies (e.g. Kaizen) and AI tools (e.g. Blue Prism, Power Automate) for process optimization.
* A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams.
