My clients team work on an exciting portfolio of projects, covering Residential, Urban Extensions, Major Urban Mixed-Use, Commercial, Tourism and Leisure, and more. They are looking for an experienced Town Planner to join the team.
Some of your day-to-day duties will include the following:
*Managing a variety of projects.
*Providing direct client advise on sites/projects.
*Drafting and finessing reports and planning submissions.
*Site assessments, policy notes, applications, appeals, and development plan representations.
*Assist with management of the team’s caseload and its business development.
