Job Description:
Our client based in the Battersea area, are looking for a maintenance technician to work on-site, assisting and supporting with the smooth running of all aspects of the production area.
Requirements and Attributes they are looking for are :-
*Enthusiastic professional who gets the job done with passion and interest
*Extremely reliable in terms of attendance and time keeping
*Ability to work effectively under pressure, while maintaining a friendly, courteous and helpful attitude to colleagues at all times.
*Supportive and encouraging to other colleagues, especially to Production Assistants
*Willing to learn new tasks and skills
*Good organisational skills and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
*Experience within a similar role or setting.
ROLE SPECIFICS
*Covering holidays when requested.
*Ability to troubleshoot.
*Reading electrical drawings and able to use testers and other tools.
*Cleaning of equipment.
*Keeping the on site workshop in good order.
*Repairing the machines as required.
*Undertaking regular maintenance on the machines as per the Cleaning and Maintenance schedules.
*Repairing and maintaining items and equipment for the production areas.
