Job Description:
We are recruiting for an established and successful independent Estate Agency located in the heart of Hampstead. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service to their discerning clientele. They are seeking a talented and dedicated Property Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
Tenant Management:
*Efficiently manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
*Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
*Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
*Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes.
Financial Management:
*Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
*Manage property finances, including income and expenses.
*Prepare and submit relevant financial reports.
Legal and Compliance:
*Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations.
*Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar high-end residential setting.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational and time management abilities.
*Proficient in property management software.
*ARLA qualification (preferred).
*A thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations.
*A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
In return, the Property Manager will receive an annual salary of up to £50,000, dependent on experience. You will be joining a family-run business and will have the opportunity to make the role your own.
