Permanent Role: Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner
Start Date: January 2025
Location: Waltham Forest

We have a fantastic opening at a charming primary school in Waltham Forest to start in January on a full time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support Child Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where children feel secure, valued, and ready to learn and explore.
* Observe and Record Progress: Regularly observe, assess, and document each child’s development to tailor activities that meet their individual needs and support their unique learning journey.
* Build Positive Relationships: Establish trusting relationships with children, parents, and guardians, providing regular updates and working collaboratively to support each child’s well-being.
* Promote Health and Safety: Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, including following safeguarding policies to ensure the well-being of all children in the setting.

Requirement and Skills:
*Level 3 in a full and relevant Early Years qualification
*4+ Years experience
*Full right to work in the UK
