HR & Payroll Administrator
£25,000-£28,000p.a.

I am excited to be working with my client in the professional services sector, looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a detail-oriented and process driven HR candidate who wants to contribute to an evolving and growing business. The role’s responsibilities:
*Diary and inbox management for the HR team and the L&D training across the business
*Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, coordinating probation reviews, administer contracts, letters, and other transactional HR tasks with high attention to detail.
*Support performance management processes (handled by HRM) and assist with note-taking if desired.
*Ensure smooth onboarding, handling basic contracts and administrative paperwork.
*Ensure payroll information is accurate and coordinate with the third-party on any queries
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in a HR professional services environment is advantageous
*Strong attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
*Comfortable handling core HR admin tasks - no specific experience in Employee Relations (ER) required.
*A keen eye for process improvement, and a ’can do’ attitude
*Ability to build key stakeholder relationships
