Job Description:
Are you an experienced Management Accountant with a passion for driving change and improving systems? Do you have a background in finance transformation and system implementation? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

My client is a large organisation committed to innovation, efficiency, and growth. As they continue to evolve, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Management Accountant to join their team and play a pivotal role in their transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyse, and report on financial data to support informed decision-making.
Lead and contribute to financial transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance financial systems.
Provide insights into cost management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant standards.
Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
A proven track record in management accounting, with exposure to transformation projects.
Strong technical proficiency, ideally with experience in system implementation and optimisation.
A data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration.
