Real Estate Fee Earner (Development) – Solicitor
*Location: Hampshire / Surrey
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (OTE UP TO £70,000 DOE)
Join our award-winning team, a Legal 500 ranked firm known for our commitment to growth and excellence. We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in development, to make a tangible impact within our dynamic development team.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a caseload of real estate development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold transactions.
*Draft, review, and negotiate development agreements, leases, and other related documentation.
*Conduct due diligence and coordinate with colleagues across departments to provide seamless client service.
*Advise clients on development-related legal issues and provide practical solutions.
*Assist in business development activities to support the growth of the department, including networking and attending industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*2-3 years of PQE in Real Estate, with a particular focus on development.
*Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
*Knowledge of the development process, including planning and environmental considerations.
*A client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
*Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
*Interest in business development and networking within the real estate industry.
