Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Central Scotland
Package: Salary DOE, Bonus + Company Car
Pertemps are recruiting a Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our South Lanarkshire based client. The ideal candidate will have experience in a print/packaging environment and have an understanding of networking/selling into high end premium brands.
The Role:
*Lead business development efforts to expand your division.
*Collaborate with top brands to design bespoke solutions

*A proven background in Sales/Business Development
*Experience in luxury goods/packaging

*A proactive and strategic thinker, able to plan, prioritise, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
*Skilled communicator
*Strong ability to present ideas clearly
*Good relationship builder

*Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong focus on growth and innovation.
