Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Bodmin
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and provide exceptional support to teachers and students in primary and secondary schools. As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in ensuring student success and improving educational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
*Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
*Work with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
*Deliver lessons and educational activities in the absence of the teacher.
*Support the implementation of educational programs and individualized learning plans.
*Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them overcome learning challenges.
*Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success!
Requirements:
*Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) certification or equivalent
*Proven experience as a HLTA or in a similar role
*Strong understanding of educational theories and practices
*Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Passion for working with children and a commitment to student success.
