Estate Agents Property Sales Negotiator, Nottingham Area
This is a truly exceptional role within a well known brand of estate agents, in their busy and friendly branch in the outskirts of Nottingham.
This busy residential Sales department, are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Negotiator.
Duties Include: ·
Liaising with vendors and prospective buyers · Updating vendors and purchasers · Arranging viewings and valuations · Maximise all business opportunities and refer solicitor and mortgage leads · Negotiating on offers · General office tasks · Progress property sales through to exchange and completion · Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business T
he Sales Negotiator must: ·
Have a minimum of 1 year’s estate agency experience. · Understand the estate agency process · Have excellent communicational skills and telephone manner · Have good negotiation skills · Be well presented · Be proactive
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and every 3rd Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm.
Additional pay: ·Bonus scheme ·Commission pay
