Part-Time Payroll Specialist

Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role after training, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. They offer the flexibility to accommodate shorter daily hours or a 4-day work week, ensuring you can thrive both professionally and personally. You just need to be able to work Monday and Tuesdays.
Key responsibilities:
*Process payroll for monthly and weekly accurately and on time including all deductions
*Manage payroll enquiries and resolve issues
*Distributing payslips
*Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations
*BACS run
*Managing starters and leavers, P60s and P11Ds
*Pension
*Statutory returns
*Streamline payroll processes and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
*Proven experience in payroll processing within a sole role
*Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
*Proficient in payroll software ideally Sage
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
