We are working alongside a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Berkshire who are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisor to join them in January 2025. Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the class teacher
*Provide assistance to students in completing tasks and activities
*Ensure good behaviour and maintain classroom discipline
*Support students’ learning, ensuring they remain engaged with the lesson
*Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall school community
Requirements:
*Experience working with young people in a school setting is desirable
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage behaviour
*A proactive and adaptable approach
*Right to work in the UK (essential)
