HR Business Partner
Penrith – Hybrid Working
Salary £55,000

In this key role, the candidate will adhere to many responsibilities including identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. The HR Business Partner will ensure service delivery of fundamental HR processes, supported with the use of reports and dashboards and be a highly visible member of local leadership teams.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in local and European business objectives with Employees and Management. This position is key in providing exceptional customer support and driving HR excellence. Further duties will include:
• Be able to relate openly and comfortable with a diverse group of people
• Confident in communicating effectively
• Possess the ability and initiative to understand business goals and recommend new approaches
• To ensure adherence will all compliance standards
• Inspire people to perform and deliver results
The ideal candidate will preferably have a Bachelors degree in HR (or related field), HR professional qualification and experience in manufacturing and consulting Unions or Working Councils.
