Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and organised Asset Management Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Experience Team!
If you’re skilled in Excel with Sales & Administration experience looking to thrive in a tech-focused, innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
*Maintain accurate asset registers and coordinate data for precise billing.
*Oversee SIM processes, manage activations and cancellations, and support subscription migrations.
*Handle returns, liaise across departments, and keep customer records up to date.
*Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to ensure streamlined asset management.
*Generate reports and identify areas for process improvement.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
What We’re Looking For:
*Positive and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
*Highly organised multitasker with excellent attention to detail.
*Strong Excel skills
*Previous experience in a sales, or administration setting.
*Familiarity with subscription management and billing ( is a plus)
