Job Description:
Sales Administrator Full time Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
My Client are an award winning Organic Beauty and Skincare care products company
They are looking for a Sales Advisor for their office based in Harrow
Duties include:
*Amazon accounts: Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
*Creating new product listings, processing orders
*Managing disputes of shortage and price claims
*Managing and coordinating all deliveries with logistics and the warehouse
*Inventory Management for Amazon accounts
*Producing reports for management and implementing promotional activity
*Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries
*Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests from online platforms
*Develop and manage our other e-commerce accounts, including E-bay
*Any other adhoc duties
Essential requirements
Minimum 3 years experience processing Amazon FBA orders
Experience for Amazon listing optimisation / PPC experience
Previous experience of Amazon Marketing Services - campaigns/product launches
Inventory Management
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating
