Production Manager
*£40-45k plus annual bonus
*Widnes
*40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
*No shift work, daytime working hours
*Competitive benefits package
*Transport needed due to location- onsite carparking available

*Oversee daily production, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
*Plan, monitor, and improve production schedules.
*Champion safety, quality, and efficiency across the board.
*Lead and develop your team to meet KPIs and hit deadlines.
*Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
The main focus of the role will be overseeing the efficient running and control of the production operation along with managing a team.
You will play a vital role in ensuring high quality standards are maintained working in a collaborative setting alongside a supportive & talented senior management team.
This is a strategic role managing the planning, coordination and general management of production along with leading from the front with a ’hands on’ approach’ fostering an ethos of excellence.

*Proven management experience in production or manufacturing.
*Strong people skills—able to coach, lead, and inspire a team.
*Confident problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
*Knowledge of warehouse systems and strong IT skills.
*A hands-on leader who’s ready to roll up their sleeves when needed.
*Exposure of lean working practices and methodologies would be advantageous.
