The Duty Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that residents receive the highest levels of service, safety, and satisfaction, fostering a welcoming and well-managed environment at all times.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the residential building, including front-of-house, concierge services, and maintenance teams.
* Manage and respond to residents’ requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism and discretion, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness, security, and presentation throughout the property.
* Coordinate with service providers and contractors, ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standard.
* Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
* Supervise and support on-site staff, providing guidance, feedback, and assistance as needed to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
* Report and follow up on any incidents or emergencies, ensuring a swift response in line with company protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
* Have a background in luxury property management, high-end hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Possess strong leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
* Be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Be familiar with health, safety, and security protocols relevant to residential properties.
