Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Shared Ownership Consultant to join a leading property developer on a busy and thriving site in Wembley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that offers great development potential and the chance to enhance your skills in the shared ownership sector.
Salary: £37,000 basic + £12,000 OTE
Location: Wembley (with travel to other sites across London)
Contract: 12-month contract, starting ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
*Selling shared ownership units (79 units available) on a busy site in Wembley, with travel required to other locations across London.
*Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
*Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to key handover.
*Collaborating with a dedicated sales team to achieve sales targets.
About You:
*Sales experience in new homes, ideally within shared ownership, is preferred but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate.
*Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel between sites.
*Highly motivated, organised, and customer-focused with the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
