OVERVIEW:
•The firm are experts in compensation claims and specialise in industrial disease
•You will be expected to manage a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files.
•The role involves drafting and taking witness statements, reviewing and obtaining records, conducting liability investigations, and preparing for conferences and hearings.
•Experience in dealing with the full range of industrial disease matters
•You will be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision
•The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client.
