Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000
Location: Central Milton Keynes

We are seeking a motivated, customer focussed individual looking to join a fast paced, busy and dynamic team.
In this role you will be the first point of contact in providing support and information, to a varied audience using multi-channel communication methods.
Our client offers development opportunities and a comprehensive training programme in order to support team members in delivering a high quality and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:
*Managing high volume inbound calls
*Take responsibility for resolving enquiries within SLA’s
*Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation
*Manage busy inbox, responding to enquires quickly and efficiently
Essential Skills for a Customer Service Advisor:
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Demonstrable experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls
*Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
*Strong time management skills and the experience of working to deadlines.
