Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, with a focus on divorce, financial remedy, and complex financial settlements
* Provide clear, pragmatic, and compassionate legal advice to clients navigating challenging family situations
* Prepare and draft legal documentation, including divorce petitions, financial disclosure, consent orders, and court statements
* Represent clients at hearings, settlement negotiations, and financial remedy proceedings
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent service throughout the legal process
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the department by sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members
* Take part in business development and marketing activities to enhance the firm’s profile in the local market
