In this role, you will be responsible for taking and processing live sales orders through the website and ERP software. Your ability to create new customer accounts and maintain accurate record-keeping will contribute to the organisation’s efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will address customer enquiries via email and phone, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
