This role pays a competitive rate of £45-£55 an hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a senior childcare lawyer:
*Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
*Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
*Advocacy skills to represent the Council in contested proceedings.
About you as a senior childcare lawyer:
*Qualified with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
*Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
