Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and ensure timely follow-ups on works orders.
Respond to landlord and tenant inquiries promptly, primarily through email on Veco and telephone.
Support the property management team in maintaining high standards of service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property inspections and property management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must have a valid driving license and your own car.
ARLA qualified would be of benefit, but not necessary.
Benefits:
20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Additional days off during the Christmas period.
Car allowance for property inspections.
Free parking at the office.
