We’re looking for a motivated and organised Development Chemist to join our client’s dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Development Chemist, you’ll play a key role in formulating innovative and existing products while ensuring detailed records and reports are maintained.
Duties:
• Assist in creating and enhancing blended products, with a focus on quality and performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, SAP entries, and liaise with Quality Control on specifications and safety sheets.
• Collaborate across departments, including Production, Marketing, and Commercial, to bring new product concepts to life.
• Stay informed about trends and advancements in the market.
• Maintain a clean and safe lab environment and follow all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Ideally qualified to BSc level in a Chemistry related subject however candidates with an HNC/HND are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in a lab and collaborating with colleagues across teams.
• Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
• An understanding of product development or industrial lab experience would be beneficial.
