Job Description:
Quest Search and Selection is partnering with this global, heritage retailer that’s offers a range of products including, skincare, beauty, fashion & home, designed to transform yourself & your home with their luxurious yet affordable collection.
The role of the Regional Manager is to manage a team of 10 -13 Store Managers, across a group of retail boutiques within the London & Greater London locations. This role is focusing on the wellbeing, performance, and development of each store and its team to provide an incredible shopping experience for their customers.
Key responsibilities of the Regional Manager - Premium Retail role include:
*Actively engage with store teams during visits, coaching, and motivating them on the shop floor to deliver an exceptional feel-good customer experience, training & operations efficiencies.
*Regularly assess employee engagement levels using feedback from engagement surveys, create actionable plans, review store progress, and follow up visits.
*Collaborate with the Retail Director to proactively develop regional action plans, focusing on performance improvement, commerciality, operational optimisation, talent retention, and product training.
*Oversee in-store productivity in line with sales and customer care
*Ensure store budgets and expenses align with targets
*Complete the store visit at least monthly or bi-monthly with follow-up actions to ensure accountability.
*Have a strategic overview of your area regarding the plan of the year and how to drive growth
*Having a proactive succession plan of performance management and high achievers.
*Recognise and celebrate team achievements directly & that you engage with stakeholders accordingly.
To be successful in your application for this Regional Manager - Premium Retail position:
*Ideally having 2 years + of experience as area, regional or district manager, field-based experience
*Ideally having experience in within the retail or hospitality sectors ideally within a premium, customer service-oriented setting.
*Experience with working with different store format - FP/Outlets/Travel concession etc is highly desirable
*That you have managed central London stores.
*Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal, written, and IT communication abilities.
*Results-driven and detail-oriented.
*Consider yourself a brand ambassador and wants to work in a business that drives decision making through their values and manifesto.
